This work includes the preparation of Purchase Agreements, Land Contracts, Options to Purchase, Rights of First Refusal, and Due Diligence Agreements. Mr. Humphreys enjoys an excellent working relationship with lenders, mortgage companies, real estate agents, and title insurance companies. The firm primarily represents landlords in residential and commercial settings providing assistance from the drafting of leases through the eviction of uncooperative tenants. The firm handles both residential and commercial leasing and, for the commercial leases, works with both Landlords and Tenants. All Landlord/Tenant work is done in a very prompt, cost-effective manner and every client receives personal assistance from both John Humphreys and Stacey Turner.
